​We try to hold events every few months at my massage office in Jennings ,La.
(We are working on a Heart Posture House in the future!)
Anywho, we offer mostly free or low cost events and depend on donations to help cover as much cost as possible. Please know that if you join an event with us, it is to pour back into you! GUARANTEED! We are a non-profit ministry and currently working on our 501c3. We want to create a place of refuge for the weary body, mind, and spirit. That is what we seek to do with every event held. Prayer is the beginning, middle and end of all we seek to do so that God may be glorified and lives may be transformed by His love.

Bible, Book, or Bag Tassel

Join us for an evening of creativity! Personalize your own Tassel to hang on your bible or favorite book as a marker or on your purse or church bag for the cutest/stylish touch!
We will have a variety of colored yarn and ribbon/beads and accessories for you to choose from.

You can create an additional tassel for $15 each at the event

Please join us for our first Grief Seminar: "Saving Space".
Saturday, December 13, 2025 from 11am - 2pm at the
Jeff Davis Arts & Technology Center in Jennings, La.
Author, Tiffany C. Anthony will join us as we discuss her book, " Mama, I Still Needed You. In it, she recounts the day her life changed forever. Her book offers vulnerability and "saves space" with opportunities to journal, offers encouragement and reflection.
Following a brief lunch, we have the honor of Mr. Willie Bellard of Heart of Hospice to offer healthy ways to grieve and support the ones you love.
Please save the date and invite someone who is going through the journey of Grief/Loss/Mourning.
And if you'd like to be able to support your community as they heal, then this seminar is for you!

"Rooted": A Women's Fellowship
Starting August 2025
"Rooted" was created by the Women of Heart Posture as a way to stay connected on a continual basis. We will meet the second Wednesday, each month at The Lightway Healing House (Lightway Healing Therapeutic Massage, Jennings, La. ) at 12 noon.
The month prior to each event, you will be sent a study/topic that will be taught and applied to your every day life (Spiritual Life Hacks) and you will be given the opportunity to share your ensite with the ladies to help us grow!
