Amber serves as the Director of Communications and Development, bringing over two years of dedicated leadership and historic institutional knowledge to the organization. Since the ministry’s inception in 2024, she has been instrumental in shaping its foundational growth, public narrative, and community outreach strategies. A natural relationship-builder, Amber specializes in fostering deep, authentic connections, ensuring that every guest and partner feels uniquely heard, valued, and seen. Her extensive background in community organizing includes successfully directing band booster initiatives, where she built robust, mutually beneficial sponsorships with local business owners. Grounded in her faith and commitment to service, Amber also volunteers her time teaching catechism, beautifully aligning her personal values with the ministry's mission.
Ashley Gay serves as Secretary and Treasurer, providing essential governance oversight, meticulous documentation, and financial stewardship to the ministry. In this dual role, she serves as a custodian of organizational records, maintaining board meeting minutes and preparing important compliance, financial, and operational documents. Professionally, Ashley brings valuable administrative experience from her career and her current role as Office Assistant at Stacy’s massage practice, where she demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and operational skills. Her ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate logistics, maintain records, and oversee multiple responsibilities is further strengthened by her experience as a dedicated stay-at-home mother. Through both her professional and personal experiences, Ashley has developed exceptional organization, adaptability, attention to detail, and resilience. Her commitment to serving others, combined with her administrative expertise, helps ensure that the ministry’s operations remain organized, accountable, and transparent.
Stacy is the visionary Founder and Executive Director of Heart Posture Women’s Ministry. Birthed out of her own experiences with adversity, Stacy felt a deep calling to create a safe space where women could build genuine community and grow closer to God. Alongside her ministry work, Stacy is a seasoned business owner who has spent 15 years running her own massage practice, bringing a heart for healing and wellness to everything she does. As a single mom raising two boys, she understands firsthand the importance of a strong support system. Stacy has built this ministry to be a place of true advocacy, combining her practical business experience and life journey to ensure every woman feels championed, heard, and rooted in Scripture.
